Returns & Delivery

1. Any orders over the value of R1000 will receive FREE door-to-door delivery! Please note that this offer is valid exclusively on the South Africa territory.
2. Purchasing from Flava Vape will not incur any VAT, Custom duties or hidden costs as long as you are located in South Africa.
3. Delivery to outlying areas, farm plots, mines, resorts lodges, townships, hospitals, hospices and government buildings will be subject to additional charges. These are additional couriers charges that we will calculate on a case-by-case basis and communicated to the client before the order is shipped.

4. For overnight service, the courier does not deliver over weekends and public holidays unless prior arrangements have been made. Also note that NO Overnight Service is available to rural areas of South Africa.
5. Tracking numbers are sent to you by email or Whats App and you can check the progress of your delivery online.
6. When selecting the free delivery, your order should be at your doorstep within 2-3 working days. If you prefer to receive it sooner, select the overnight delivery for an additional charge. Please note that delivery time to rural areas may take up to 4 working days.
7. We usually dispatch orders within 24 hours: all orders placed and paid for before 1pm (Mon-Fri) will be dispatched the same day if stock is available.
8. Although every effort is made to insure that the products packaging is received in perfect conditions, Flava Vape is not responsible for any cosmetic damage occurred to the boxes or sachets during shipping.

9. We also offer a collection option in Montgomery Park, Randbug, Johannesburg, Gauteng.

Note that all items will be sanitized before handed over. 

Returns Policy

Regrettably, Flava Vape will not be able to accept returns on e-liquid if it does not meet flavour requirements as taste is a variable thing with different people. In accordance with our strict Quality Control guidelines, any opened E-Liquid will not be accepted.

The buyer has 7 (seven) days to return the goods provided it is in new and unused condition with all product packaging, should the product be defective. Flava Vape will refund the cost of the product excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs will be for the buyers account unless Flava Vape is at fault.

If the product is defective, it needs to be sent to Flava Vape within 7 (seven) days of receipt for inspection. If the product is to be found defective and is still under manufacturer warranty the item will be replaced, unless the warranty has been voided.

Please note if goods have been damaged, misused or instructions not followed correctly a refund or warranties will NOT apply.
